Streacom ST-UM2 Universal CPU Mount

This Streacom ST-UM2 is a universal CPU mount that allows compatibility with all current Intel and AMD sockets with Streacom’s range of fanless chassis.

Features

  1. Provides compatibility with Intel and AMD Sockets
  2. For all Streacom FC cases
  3. Inexpensive solution
  4. Manufactured from aluminium

There have been a few CPU cooler mounting hole changes over the years and Streacom have released various brackets to accommodate for those such as the AM1 or AM4. In order to provide a more unified and flexible upgrade path for older cases, Streacom are making their current adjustable arm design available as a kit for existing FC case owners. This allows the included CPU mount to be used with all current (and hopefully future) CPUs by simply replacing the older upper mount with the UM2 kit.

Silent PC; brilliant after-sales support

Two things about Quiet PC 1) Their PCs are quiet, very quiet 2) Their after-sales service is astonishing After 5 years good service my Quiet PC died because of some kind of BIOS foul-up. With their advice I managed to revive it and get it back to full working order. I received a series of very helpful responses from a real person on their help desk. Doubt that would happen with a big manufacturer.
